On Saturday we teamed up with sabs from lots of other groups to oppose the closing meet of the Devon and Somerset Staghounds at Cussacombe Gate on Exmoor. (1/21)

Last Saturday, multiple sab groups mobilised to disrupt the final meet of the Devon & Somerset Staghounds on Exmoor. While several deer were saved, sabs were unable to prevent the death of one stag who was hunted to exhaustion.

A much better day at the stag hunts today as an ace team of sabs from Mendip, 3C hunt sabs and North Dorset Hunt Saboteurs kept the Quantock Stag Hounds surrounded to ensure no stag was killed. Full hit report to follow. (1/2)

It was the last meet of the season on Saturday for the Devon & Somerset Staghounds with 3 WG investigators present. Hunt Saboteurs Association saved 2 stags but despite their best efforts a 3rd was chased to exhaustion & shot. Blatant cruelty & a national embarrassment.

Right now it’s 16.45 and there’s a stag that’s being hunted by D&S staghounds around the village of Twitchen on the edge of Exmoor. Hunt Saboteurs Association from across the country are there today doing their best to hinder the hunt but the stag is struggling to escape. Absolute madness…

Quantock Staghounds dogs were completely out of control as usual, chasing pregnant hinds and prickets across Lydeard Hill. The target stag appeared to be the same one they pretended to shoot on Monday, he managed to escape again thankfully w/Mendip Hunt Sabs 3C hunt sabs
