Christina Banoub, NPPC's Manager of Competition, Labor, and Tax Issues, delved into labor issues impacting producers. She discussed the challenges of foreign guest worker programs and the need to strengthen the H-2A visa program to accommodate year-round workers. #NPPCLAC2024
