National Trust staff and HART volunteers and Exeter Archaeology staff received training from Olaf and Nathalie of HE Archaeology, thanks to funding from University of Exeter Bridging Communities Funding.

Killerton on holiday locally. Came to do your Easter trail. Absolutely delighted to find my old London geography teacher from 30 yrs ago handed my 3yr old her chocolate egg. Miss Hardy inspirational teacher to many including me. Now you are lucky to have her on your team!

Due to high winds, Killerton is partially closed today, Monday 15 April.

This includes the garden, parkland, and Chapel grounds. The house, Killerton Kitchen Cafe, Stable Block and car park remain open.

There’s a big change coming to our cafes… from today, we will be serving all cream teas with jam first and cream second.

An encouraging number of bats during today’s National Bat Monitoring Programme (NBMP) hibernation survey at Killerton. For the first time we found a Natterers bat, as well as the usual Lesser and Greater horseshoes and tree-roosting pips.
