A DANGEROUS PATTERN:
Yet another case of a judge either reducing bail or refusing to set it for individuals who attacked NYC police officers.

When judges refuse to hold dangerous individuals who are a clear flight risk, they’re putting all NYers at risk.

Hendry:“Judges have the authority to keep criminals who attack cops or carry illegal guns off the streets. They are finding every excuse not to use it. NYC police officers are doing our job. Judges need to start doing theirs.”

Another symbol of the environment NYC police officers are dealing with on the street. We’re not only protecting NYers from emboldened criminals — we’re coming under direct attack ourselves. We need the justice system to start backing us up.
