Seeking Justice 'The Ormskirk Vigilante' has driven at least one of his many victims to brink of suicide. They are forced to take civil action to restrain him, whilst hapless, hopeless, Lancashire Police let him get away, routinely, with the most appalling, persistent abuse (and breach of bail).
