Many years ago, in a moment of boredom, I crudely audited the homepage weight of the UK's largest 20 charities. I was interested to see how much weight was delivered by 3rd party domains.

This morning, in another moment of boredom, I repeated this exercise.

Are your users resistant to change? Or are they resistant to their lives being made harder?
Can we not explain away negative feedback with the 'well people don't like change' rhetoric. People welcome positive change, they resist negative change and unpredictability.
