Today marks exactly 2 weeks since I have seen my bag. Contacted Lufthansa baggage claim department multiple times still no bag. #Whereismybag ?

Hey Lufthansa, been over a week since we’ve seen our bag that was misplaced in Frankfurt Germany.. should have been delivered to us in Chicago. Multiple messages saying it’s on its way to St. Louis. Calls to the baggage center and received a different story every time!
