Get ready for the carnival! As part of Lord Mayor's Weekend 2024, we have joined with Norwich BID UK to ask shops and businesses to to decorate their shop windows, doors or balconies in bright carnival colours, dovetailing with the theme of the parade which this year is Norwich
So, UK Power Networks & Norwich City Council blocked access to us with zero notice, so we gamified it.

At last night’s Norwich City Council meeting, Labour’s 2024-25 Budget received unanimous support.
This balanced budget makes further investment including:
🛝 £2.2 million in improved parks/play areas
🌍 £160k for climate action
🦺 £270k to support regeneration of the East Norwich site
