Pizza and the Off Color Brewing beer brewed for it!

Picked up a 6 of this recently and it is fantastic.

You may have noticed that Crispy Beer for Pizza is still pouring at the taproom. That’s because it’s a new year round beer that we’re brewing regularly. Our Italian Pilsner will be available at the taproom and around Chicago in perpetuity. And who doesn’t love a 12oz 6pk?

Quadruple release day!!

Hydriad: Tart saison was aged in an oak barrel with whole cluster Niagara grapes grown here in a Chicago backyard by two local professors gracious enough to share their season’s bounty. Niagara is a white grape cross between Concord and White Cassady.
