The #BrazilGP used to be held in March/April, & in 2003 it was won by Giancarlo Fisichella. It should have been the first of many #F1 wins for him, for his talent was sublime; but he won only 2 more. My brand-new Motor Sport magazine column (click below) explains why.

#OnThisDay in ’97 Berger won the #GermanGP , his & Benetton’s last #F1 GP wins. Pic: in his first full F1 season Fisichella qualified his Jordan in P2, but retired 4 laps from the end (puncture); 2nd-placed Schumi (Ferrari) stopped & gave him a lift back to the pits at the end.
