We are deeply saddened at the tragic loss of four lives today in Avonmouth. Our thoughts are with the people and families affected, everyone at Wessex Water carrying out vital work each and every day, as well as the emergency services working on this incident.

Today we publish Ofwat’s service delivery report 2018-19, which shows encouraging signs by some companies, but more work is needed by the water sector as a whole to deliver for customers and the environment socsi.in/uZ0B3
