Breaking overnight — A panel of federal appeals court judges continued to block Texas from arresting and jailing migrants under a contentious state immigration law known as SB4, keeping a hold on the measure while it weighs its legality.

One thing SEVERAL law enforcement sources have told me: they haven’t received state guidance/training on how to enforce SB4 (there is legal nuance). PDs & Sheriff Depts don’t want to be accused of racial profiling while enforcing.
