Which imaging modality performs best when looking for bone mets to the spine in paraganglioma and pheochromocytoma (PPGL)? It looks like SSTR PET is the most sensitive. SSTR PETs perform very well in this malignancy.

Ki67 IHC for all lung NETs...? I think so... Not just the small bx's. And while at it, can I complain about the WHO classification of lung NENs..? Time to update and acknowledge the existence of the well diff G3 NET in the lungs?

We still need good, simple clinical research! Mets in NETs. 26% of pts w/ small bowel NETs and panc NETs have mets outside of the liver and abd LNs. Bone mets in 18% (siNETs>pNETs), panc mets in 5%. Also, unusual mets like heart and orbits.

One question that sometimes comes up in clinic is: Would you ever give EGFR MoAbs to someone with right-sided RAS wild-type mCRC (other targets being absent)?

I know what the literature says but I am curious to hear from clinicians who treat mCRC.
