We voted in favor and sponsored the resolution on the status of Palestine at the United Nations .

The signal sent by Belgium is clear.

Palestine must have its full place in international forums.

This is an essential step towards a two-state solution and a credible peace process.

Belgium is seen as being at the forefront of #democratic innovation (e. g. #citizens ' #panels ). What can the #EU learn from these experiences? How can citizens' #assemblies break political deadlock & create a more inclusive politics?
