Real Doc Speaks Ty for calling it what it is. 'Rebate' = legalized safe-harbor enabled KICKBACKS (GPOs were the orig. safe-harbor kickback exemption).
W/o repealing we can't re-shore drugs/supplies w/o sig. increased costs b/c then ltd./sole manuf. in a protected market (think steel tariffs).

With this move, American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) went from a credentialing body to a reporting shill for the insurance and hospital industry - all at our expense.
