This is a blatant abuse of 'discipline' to ban peaceful and legal protest against a public body (that pays it's workers below minimum wage).

It’s important for all students that Trinity and the union move forward together from this ordeal - something that is impossible until TCD drops their fine as well as the disciplinary actions against myself, László and the PWO TCD president.

Trinity must not be allowed to silence free speech or protest. We have come so far -- help us take the last step and protect all who speak out 🇵🇸🇵🇸✊✊

We won. Students, staff and the public united have pushed Trinity towards #BDS principles.

Commitment to full divestment. Ending procurement relationships. A full review of academic ties, with students and staff represented and an intent to cut them.

The protest will *still go ahead*. We will be gathering to celebrate the BDS victory at Trinity and to see and in solidarity with the students and workers targeted with disciplinary action for peaceful protest.
