NETUMN is a model of a bilateral approach between Employers' and workers' to work together to negotiate and seek mutually beneficial solutions to labour-related issues related to migration
ILO Harare Director, Philile Masuku in her opening remarks noted the need to strengthen Labour Migration Units in SADC where issues such as the presence of migrant workers in the formal and informal economy, combating xenophobia and discrimination can be addressed.
