This post is unacceptable on so many levels: inappropriate, unethical, dangerous. Regardless of where you personally stand, an official government account should not be used in this way. This post incites violence against a government official. Mayor Eric Adams must have this removed.

What happened last night at Columbia and CCNY was unacceptable.

Sending swarms of NYPD officers to kettle and arrest students nonviolently protesting the massacre of Palestinians does not make anyone safer.

Blocking reporters from the scene is a threat to our very democracy.

PLEASE SHARE: We are concerned that several CCNY students who have been arrested, predominantly students of color, have spent their 2nd night in jail and have yet to be arraigned. NY law requires arraignment within 24 hrs of arrest.

We demand their prompt processing and release.
