Almost at the end of my year as ⁦Plymouth City Council⁩ Lord Mayor, flanked by Commodores at the opening of the new fuelling jetty at Torpoint , this supports the ⁦Royal Navy⁩ and builds resilience for Devonport Naval Base for the next 50 years, a big financial investment.
