I have an UNID this morning on 2974.35 khz. It is in Chinese as evidenced via the ID at 1230 (approx 1:30 in the attached video). Not sure who it is? Sound of Hope isn't listed as nominal 2975 khz. Any ideas?

SW radio conditions were not as good as I've seen in the past, but I did get PopShopRadio radiogram from WRMI on 5950 with only minor errors. MFSK64 and MFSK128 images below:

Tonite's Pop Shop Radio Shortwave Radiogram 2024-18 from WRMi at 0155 UT 5950 kc/s. Monitored with my RSP1a and SDRUNo. Dr Who logo in MFSK128. The Daleks of noise couldn't even exterminate the images!
