Our #OldhamYoungCarers took part in a #StressAwarenessMonth themed session recently! They took part in positive activities with Oldham Athletic. They also looked at some self help strategy handouts on mindfulness and small actions to make BIG changes! 💜

Our #YouthJusticeService team took part in a fantastic session yesterday from Inside Out Well-being The aim was to support YJS to have an intersectional approach and understand racial trauma to further support the diverse young people they work with! 💜
