Great start to 2020 with most of the family Princes parkrun today so thanks to all the volunteers for giving up your morning👍 and I ran with my niece who was fastest in her age category. Happy new year everyone. I love this time of year - feels calm and like a fresh start/blank slate. Provides space for opportunity and choice. Enjoyed getting out to Princes parkrun and having a veggie breakfast this morning.

There have been over 15,000 finishers at Princes (not all on the same day...) and only 13 of them under 16 minutes, and just 1 under 15 minutes.

Today I will mostly be trying to avoid hypothermia and frostbite while at Princes parkrun followed by Friends of Princes Park tree maintenance and GoodGym Liverpool 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️ mission helping clear a garden.🏃‍♀️🌳🌨️❄️
