Equally worrying that the distressing news is that there is no clear alternative route by which all healthcare staff can access timely, evidence-based care for difficulties. Stopping a successful programme with no credible, defined, alternative is nonsensical.

Many 🇨🇦 Paramedic Services have recognized the importance of worker mental health & are implementing steps to support staff. It's important that such endeavours get long-term core funding as an integral part of delivering paramedicine to the community.
