Here's the bullet pulled out of the torso of a 35F who was shot by an Israeli tank when she was sleeping in her tent at 5 am. Despite a shattered liver & kidney, multiple small & large bowel injuries, very limited resources, inc. blood and ICU care, Dr Osama Hamed SGBC saved her life.

The most heartbreaking was hearing about Dr. Aqleh's experiences treating a 4 & 5 yo that presented after blast injury to the abdomen with evisceration.
