Our latest pre-print showing that the class III PI3K VPS34 is essential for Treg function. Lack of VPS34 specifically in Treg lead to a lethal scurfy-like phenotype. VPS34 plays a role in endocytosis and autophagy, both of which are important for Treg function and homeostasis.

This js a tremendous opportunity for young investigators. ~20 accomplished faculty mentors will share their research career experience in cancer immunology with 35-45 promising young scientists (post-docs and starting faculty).
