Drones must be flown safely & legally, within the limits of the relevant flight category. This includes Operator Registration, Pilot Competency & separation from people & built-up areas as required. It's the pilot's responsibility to fly legally. More info bit.ly/361gTD0

Drone pilots must fly safely and in line with the Drone and Model Aircraft Code.

A drone user has recently been successfully prosecuted for illegal flights over London. They have had their drone confiscated and face a fine and other fees of over £5,000.

An operator who flew a drone over MI6 building in June 2020 has been prosecuted for 18 breaches under the then Articles 94 & 95. NPCC CUAS assisted with the investigation resulting in £5170 in costs, drone seized & Operator & Flyer ID rescinded by the UK Civil Aviation Authority #OpForeverWing

It was an early morning beach clean up for two of our Valley team last week whilst on their way to the office. A busy Easter weekend left lots of rubbish lying on the sand near to RAF Valley, so after a quick and safe disposal of the items, it was onto another busy day.
