#JHMChat A4 - Agree with Marisha Burden, MD, MBA that a shared mental model of success is key. For that everyone is going to have to come to the table with some empathy and readiness to listen. AND then we need evidence-based solutions. What really works to achieve agreed upon aims?

A3 #JHMChat reading this I was struck by the fact that Admissions signal the START of a bunch of work (so they have a long future tail) and discharges signal the END of a bunch of work (so have a long tail into the past). This needs to be considered in daily schedule.
