RYZE on the Road Nashville Middle School Champions: MC Warriors

Making the trip up from Alabama, they put on a show this weekend, going unbeaten with their combination of pressure defense, athleticism, and ability to score. Impressive 2028 group.

This is one of the better independent teams in 2026 you'll find in Tennessee and across the southeast. They play hard, they play together, and they have loads of chemistry.

Tennessee Tigers 2027 PG Kobi Jackson is a name to watch for in the coming years. High level playmaker that has a really high basketball IQ and can make difficult passes look easy. He’s a true PG in every sense and constantly is making plays for teammates.

The Movement Basketball Club 2026 PG EJ Bryson (E.J. Bryson) was dynamic scoring the ball today. He’s a knock down shooter from the perimeter and can do it off the catch and off the dribble. He’s also a quick playmaker who makes good decisions and sees the floor very well.

North Metro Elite 2026 guard Charles Futch had a productive day today. Consistently was able to use his physicality to get to the rim and finish or get to his spots and pull up in the midrange for buckets off the dribble.

Carlos English Elite 2028 big man James Humphreys was tough for teams to handle on the interior today. At a long 6-foot-7, he has a high skill level with good footwork and finishing ability in the paint. As he continues to develop he could be a name to remember.

STARS Basketball Club North Moore 2027 PG Owen Looney was one of the tougher guards we saw today. Plays hard on both ends and was incredibly productive along the way. Scored it from three and getting to the rim and looked good making plays off the dribble.

There’s a ton to like about Carlos English Elite 2028 PG Miles Alexander. He’s really advanced in terms of playmaking, basketball IQ, and making reads with the ball in his hands. He’s been one of the better floor generals in the building today in Nashville.

P7 Elite UA Rise 2025 PG Dalton Jackson is one of the shiftiest guards you’ll find. He’s got a ton of moves off the dribble with counters for everything. You blink, and he’s by you. He showed a ton of playmaking today with the ability to score from every level off the dribble.
