It was amazing to hear them talk about how workplaces are actually better when they give trust and use the honor system to their workers in need of accommodations rather than forcing people to 'prove they need it enough'. I feel more people need to hear that in more workspaces

Random Acts Hearing Kim talk about how often people assume that boundaries/expectations, because they're implied loosely, will be understood. That hit home to me so much, and I know a takeaway for me will be to define my expectations much more clearly 🙏
