Tom Rakocevic Nice work Tom ! The HCRA builder directory is useless for new home buyers. The data is always 4 month behind and is poorly maintained ! This is our useless builder , his license has expired 2022 - you would never know he owes 300k in OBC fines!

Ontarians deserve transparency when it comes to new home purchases. It's concerning that the HCRA only posts cancellations for condos, but not freehold homes. This vital information should be available to all consumers so they can make informed choices.
