It was good talking to Jack Lavery this afternoon on Hazel Grove Estate SE26 4JP and updating him on the latest events happening at our Soup Kitchen/ Food Bank.

Today we cooked and served 435 hotmeals at our soup kitchen located at 1-18 Allwood Close (Hazel Grove Estate) SE26 4JP.

Massive thanks to The Lee Charity of William Hatcliffe for providing funding for us to continue our work in the local communities in the Borough of Lewisham.

GFL is planning our next 3 years of work + we'd love to hear your ideas for what we can all work on to improve food in Lewisham.

Week days & nights we delivered to a few local hostels, vulnerable and over 60’s in the local communities in Lewisham who are struggling with food insecurities.

Working people are not feeling better off after yesterday's budget.

Taxes are still rising, people are still paying more for their food shop & hundreds of pounds more on their mortgages.

This is the result of 14 years of the Tories. The sooner they call an election the better.
