Yesterday's budget hearing with Secretary Mayorkas confirmed what we already know–he has completely failed the American people as DHS Secretary.

His refusal to comply with the law and breach of the public trust is why the House impeached him, and why the Senate must act.

Senator Schumer would catapult Congress into unprecedented territory if he kills the House's impeachment articles against Mayorkas without a trial.

He has a duty to the American people to proceed with an impeachment trial.

Under Secretary Mayorkas, around 2 million illegal aliens have entered the U.S. uncaught.

Mayorkas must be held accountable.
