I’m proud to introduce the Providing Tax Clarity for Digital Assets Act with Congressman Drew Ferguson to ensure clear guidance on the taxation of digital assets.

This is a critical step that will spur innovation, strengthen investor confidence & discourage business from moving overseas.

FYI: Funding for the Affordable Connectivity Program expires TONIGHT - it's past time we renew this program, which has helped nearly 55,000 households in #NC13 access affordable, high-speed internet.

I'm disturbed by the reports of an active shooter in Charlotte and will closely monitor the situation as it unfolds.

I mourn for the deputy U.S. Marshal killed in the attack and am praying for a swift, full recovery for all law enforcement officials injured by the shooter.

The Duke University Quantifying Gerrymandering Team found that without gerrymandering, we could add 37 to 42 more competitive seats - doubling the number of competitive seats in Congress.
