David worked with Canadian Donald Tansley hired by the leaders of the Red Cross movement in 1972, to reappraise its role. The Tansley Report was often mentioned in the papers of Resilient Humanitarianism conference, which ends today. esask.uregina.ca/entry/tansley_…
