I’ve represented 2,000+ defendants—not to mention watching thousands of others at hearings—and I’ve never seen a defendant spend a trial doing what Trump has:

🚩 Trying Inexplicably to Shake Witnesses’ Hands

The prosecution in Trump's criminal trial is now calling a lot of record witnesses because the defense likely refused to stipulate to the admissibility of evidence like C-Span videos or the deposition transcript from the E. Jean Carroll case. Now the jury has to sit thru it all.

What I found interesting about the 2016 tapes (but irrelevant to this trial) is they show how much Trump's ability to express himself has so substantially deteriorated over the past eight years. It's quite dramatic in that sense.
