Amazing thing about Twitter: Robert Feder already caught an error peer reviewers missed: 'Gunsmoke' was a CBS program and I confused it with 'Bonanza' [when you go back to the primary sources] in 1st reference; different primary source (1969) references 'Gunsmoke' later in piece.
