This evening's event allowed me to hear from multiple candidates running for the position of councilman in Ward 7. Questions were answered and representation was present in the house. As an observer, I must say that Kelvin Brown stands out to me as the most suitable candidate.

Had a great time engaging in meaningful conversations about the various challenges that parents face today. It was a great opportunity to collaborate and spread awareness about the issues that matter most. I firmly believe in supporting the truth and nothing but the truth.

FYI: Mayor Muriel Bowser and I just had an exchange about why she wants to repeal the Schools First in Budgeting Act.

She said it's illegal and Phil Mendelson is infringing upon powers given to her in the D.C. charter. This after Chancellor Ferebee hasn't followed the law for two years.
