Rory Waterman and Dr Anna Milon 🦌 just had a wonderfully stimulating conversation with The Folklore Podcast about all things #Lincolnshire folklore. Looking forward to the episode coming out in the coming weeks, & visit thefolklorepodcast.com to learn more about their excellent work.

BOOK NOW for our event with CAMILLE RALPHS on 22 May at Five Leaves Bookshop Nottingham, supported by some excellent NTU Creative Writing students. Camille will read from her debut collection, After You Were, I Am, which was published by Faber last month.

Today sees the publication by Carcanet Press of Come Here to This Gate by Rory Waterman. I have to declare he is a mate and other poets are available but he is VERY good and this is a phenomenal collection; moving, profound and occasionally filthy. Perfect. Five Leaves Bookshop or online.
Great launch of Rory Waterman's 'Come here to this gate' with a beautiful reading. Also, the idea of #poetry collections including a 'rude pudding' section - as Rory described it tonight - can only be a good thing. 📚🍨
🙏🏻 Carcanet Press for holding an #online launch. #accessibility
Thank you, English & CW at my alma mater English, University of Leicester, for giving me this feature.
I'd love to see some of you at my launch on Weds! Link in thread. If you buy the book direct from Carcanet before Thurs, use code RWGATE25 at checkout to get 25% off: carcanet.co.uk/cgi-bin/indexe…
There are many gems in Modern Fog by Chris Emery, published by Arc Publications. And when I reached the last of these examples, I was touched. I’ve never met Chris, just liked his work from afar. Perhaps his dedicatee is another Rory Waterman.
