I was invited by Pediatric Research to write an editorial advocating for the children suffering as a consequence of the war in Gaza. Deeply disheartened by their eventual decision to not publish it (after over 2 months of 'deliberation'). The global challenge of protectingβ¦
So sad for the wonderful colleagues & patients of The Rotunda Hospital who have had to endure a busy clinical period this week with impacts on waiting times & bed capacityβ¦β¦ followed by such a shocking event on the Square this afternoon & now to be surrounded by needless mayhem π₯²
1) As racist comments are made following the horrific attack on women & children in #ParnellSquare , a shout out to the many people in our police, emergency & health services who are from other countries & cultures who helped today & help everyday to keep us all safe & well.
