Excellent morning for an early morning run before work. Lovely down on the Blackwater estuary, endorphins now flowing ready for the work day ahead

The sun did shine during my run today, but it was a really tough one. I have not run properly for 10 days due to shin splints, thankfully all the special exercises worked and no further pain. I struggled to keep running today and my breathing was wrong. Hope it was just a blip 🤪

Just finished donating blood. Doesn’t take long, can help save a life. Would encourage anyone who can donate to do so. Staff as always very friendly and put you at ease ⁦NHS Blood+Transplant⁩

Good 10.5mile training run today. All in aid of Marie Curie @LLHM2024 Good conditions managed my fastest yet 10k within the mileage. Lovely to see ⁦Ronan Fenton⁩ out running with his dogs. Missed my running buddy David who is carrying an injury 😞 sure he will back soon 😀
