Aujourd'hui, la Secrétaire d’État Sandrine Umutoni s'est jointe à la Ministre de la Culture et de la Francophonie de Côte d'Ivoire, Ministre de la Culture de la Guinée Bissau, Vice-Président de African Development Bank Group, ainsi qu'à la communauté Rwandaise vivant à Abidjan pour la #Kwibuka30 .
