Its a risk because at the moment, the TV rights market isn't hot, but the time to spend big is now realistically as this is Tony's one shot at making AEW in its current form a viable & sustainable business by getting a big TV rights deal.

WWEECWFAN77 Ryankelman @jlsem5150 Eric Bischoff Tony's whole strategy is banking on a big increase in TV rights this year. So the money he is spending now is all geared towards that. If he gets the big rights increase, they will be profitable. If he doesn't, then the current rate of spending is going to be sustainable.
