I just spent much of my weekend reading the latest issue of Vital City, which is quickly becoming the crime nerds' New Yorker, i.e. we love all the articles but feel deep remorse and guilt when we inevitably can't keep current.
I have serious concerns about the implications of rescheduling but FWIW the treaties aren't one of them. Every expert I've talked to - not connected to the industry - agrees that rescheduling is not legalization and would easily be compliant with treaties (h/t Steve Rolles).
