Lucy Frewin sarah Lucy Jackson Student Publication Association Student journalism is perpetually vulnerable, reliant on small, replaceable cohorts of students to engage and care about issues that matter to our generation. For the last print edition, I was able to have been offered a small column to reflect on my time with the paper.

It’s the end of another week and, with the publication of the final Student Newspaper of the academic year, it’s an ending of my time with them.

Cannot believe that Anoosh Chakelian judged our article to be the features article of the year! I am such a fan! It was amazing just to be nominated when there was such a wealth of talent to choose from phoebe pascoe is an incredibly talented writer and a dream to work with

Much more to say about #SPANC24 but safe to say I'm sticking around Student Publication Association next year - this time as an exec committee member!

Just got back from a great weekend at #spanc24 hosted by Student Publication Association at Bristol Uni, learned a lot and met some great people there!

Immense congratulations to everybody at the paper over the years who have gotten us to this point, especially the current EiC team who have turned us into something incredible - Student Newspaper is in an amazing place and I can't wait to see where we go from here!!
