The withdrawal of funding from NHS Practitioner Health is deeply concerning.
We're calling for funding to be retained so that doctors are not left without support. bma.org.uk/bma-media-cent…

Shameful. With doctors being 2-4.5x more likely to die by suicide, this service has been a literal lifeline for many in the profession.
NHS England and Department of Health and Social Care must fulfil its commitment to support the mental health and wellbeing of its workforce.
This shows what the collective action of doctors can achieve when they work and organise together.
A united profession can achieve anything.

Red South Thames Regional JDC #BMABallotReady @medicalmodelwithabriochebun Royal Surrey The answer to Trusts collaborating is Drs organising and collaborating.
When doctors are already feeling undervalued and underappreciated with massive real-terms pay cuts, Royal Surrey County Hospital has decided to further slash bank staff wages by up to 27%.
We urge the Trust to rethink this decision and start valuing their essential staff.
Today we celebrate the professionalism and dedication of all doctors working across the UK.
