With GCSE exams starting next week, today, our year 11 students received a range of messages and letters from parents, carers, siblings and members of staff. We wanted to remind them how proud we are and that they are ready to smash the next six weeks! #achieve24

🚘 Yesterday we rewarded 48 of our year 11 students with driving lessons in recognition of their incredible investment over the last few months.

Day 5 - and that’s a wrap. What a week it’s been on the slopes. Every single minute has been absolutely brilliant. Students have had an absolutely brilliant week, capped off with a final day in the sunshine. There’s nothing quite like it. #stwaitaly24

Day 4 - a great day for progress again today. All groups are tackling the top of the mountain, some are hitting air on jumps, black runs and exploring new regions on the slopes. We go again today for our final day of skiing. We just can’t get enough! #stwaitaly24

Day 3 - What. A. Day. We’ve all had a brilliant time in beautiful sunshine. Students (and staff) have made superb progress today, with most groups skiing from the summit. Just brilliant. Not much time for pictures today when everyone is flying down a mountain. #stwaitaly24

Day 2 was an interesting one. Morning sessions off due to dangerous conditions on the mountain but lovely conditions this afternoon ready for sunshine and clear views tomorrow. Students have made great progress today and will have extended lessons, with huge smiles. #stwaitaly24

Day 1 of #stwaitaly24 has begun. Ski fit was a success (eventually) and this mornings lessons have commenced. We’ve got plenty of snow, even more snow plows, and falls everywhere you look. It’s going to be a great week for our Y8 & 9 students.

Our outstanding cast of Maltilda Jr have performed for three different audiences this week and blown everyone away. 👏👏
