Heartbreaking! Takes me back, I can deeply relate to the last part. I remember being in the same situation with my 5-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. We took daily walks with our dog, but sadly to his grave on the #fyldecoast #blackpool #SuicidePrevention #ZeroSuicide

New national suicide rates just published. Based on deaths registered in 2022. Headline messages for England:

•5,284 suicides, rate 10.5 per 100k people, no change
•suicide in young people no longer rising
•higher rates in men esp 50-54yrs plus late life peak.
