We are excited to announce plans for a $13M investment to transform 19 vacant properties into 41 new homes along Summit Avenue in the Hamilton Hill neighborhood. This new partnership w/ capregionlandbank will create opportunity for families to realize the dream of homeownership. 🏡

A partnership between the City of Schenectady, the Capital Region Land Bank and a pair of local developers will spur a $13 million investment in the Hamilton Hill neighborhood, turning nearly 20 vacant parcels into 41 new affordable housing units.
