The Cusack group shares in a @nature paper cryo-EM structures of the Tilapia Lake virus's RNA polymerase, a fish pathogen.

It shows similar domains and functionality to the distantly related influenza virus' polymerase, despite being only 60% the size.

Day 11 : Unfortunately I didn't have the time today to pop over to European Synchrotron to follow the progress of the Krios reassembly... I had to fill the 200 L liquid nitrogen dewar on the Glacios at Institut de Biologie Structurale ...Nice but not as much as the Krios

Day 10 : Tiny but they are there! Some light are on! Alive!

Day 9 : A bit of water, a bit of air, some electrons and some screens and pads (even if they are not in their final place and one screen is missing) to control everything... nearly alive....
