Senator Jose M. Serrano: “New York is facing a housing crisis and it is more important than ever to uphold the landmark tenant protections from the HSTPA of 2019 without sacrificing tenant stabilization efforts.'

The arts and culture are vitally important to our society, and our state budget should support the arts and all they do for our communities. Yesterday, I was happy to join colleagues and arts organizations from across NYS to rally for increased arts funding in this year’s budget.
